Kate is an ACA registered counsellor with a Diploma of Counselling, a Master of Criminology and Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Psychological Science with first-class honours. Since 2021, she has been dedicated to providing mental health support in the field. Kate prioritises the therapeutic relationship in her counselling practice, which follows a person-centred approach. As a generalist counsellor, she works with adolescents, women, and neurodiverse individuals. Her focus is on providing support to those experiencing significant life changes, such as becoming a parent, changing jobs, moving house (or city, state, or country!) and navigating relationship changes. Embracing a non-traditional counselling approach, Kate accommodates sensory sensitivities and unique needs. Her passions include reading, travelling, and trying new things.
